Important Notice
Do Not leave keys in the lock box when not at home.
Do Not leave keys in the Bi-Fold door when opening. Remove Key Before Opening.
How to
Open and Close Bi-Folding Doors (In living room)
- • Unlock with key. (The key will turn 180 degrees)
• Remove Key
• Turn handle 90 degrees. (If the handle does not turn the door is locked)
• Push gently
• To close follow steps in reverse.
Open and Close Sliding Doors (In bedroom 2)
- • Lift the latch. (It will point up)
• Slide door gently
• To close follow steps in reverse
Open and Close blinds of Bi-Fold and Kitchen Door
- • The slider on the right is used to open and tilt the blinds
• In the top position move the slider up and down to tilt
• Slide the slider down to open the blinds fully
• Note: It will click into position at the top.
Air-Conditioning in Bedrooms:
- • Click the On/Off button (Middle)
• Click Set Temp
• Click the Up and Down arrows to change the temperature
• Click Set
• Note: The Air-Conditioning is set to “Auto” which is for both Hot and Cold air.
Air-Conditioning in Living Room
- • Click the On/Off button
• Click the Temp button up and down to change the temperature
• Note: The Air-Conditioning is set to “Auto” which is for both Hot and Cold air.
Change the Heating Thermostat
- • Turn the dial to change the temperature
• Note: The Heating is automatically set at 20oC between 6:30 – 8:30 and 16:30 – 22:00
• Note: This is for Radiators only. Hot water is always on.
Use the Hob
- • Click the on button
• Click the button for the hob position
• Use the arrow button to set the temperature
• Note: to lock press the lock button. To unlock press and hold the lock button.
Use the Oven
- • Turn the dial on the right to set the position. (Position 9 is the fan oven, position 2 and 3 are grills)
• Turn the dial on the left to set the temperature.
• To set a timer, press and hold the M button, use the arrows to change the time and press the M button twice.
• Note: To unlock press and hold the M button.
Use the Dishwasher
- • Pull to open the front drawer
• Press the on button
• Use the arrows to select the program. (1 is ECO, 3 is mixed washing)
• Press the start/pause button
• Close the front drawer
• Note: An orange LED light on the floor will show when the dishwasher is active. Flashing orange means the dishwasher is finished.
Use the Washer/Dryer
- • Load your clothes in the washer/dryer
• Open the top drawer (Left is for washing power, right is for conditioner) OR add a washing up capsule to the load
• Select the program
• Click start
• Note: For Washing and Drying together maximum load is 5kg. Washing only is 8kg.
